I provide culturally responsive couples, family, and individual therapy in private practice. My aim as a therapist is to provide straightforward strategies and insights to help clients address a variety of concerns, including emotional distress such as anxiety or depression, experiences of loss, grief, and trauma, and become much more empowered in their lives.
